“When we began imagining Sueños del Mar, we wanted to go beyond a conventional development. We wanted to create something different.

That is how Sueños del Mar came to life: a community inspired by harmony with its surroundings. The richness of the forest, the tropical climate, the proximity of the ocean and the vitality of Jacó inspired us to rethink the relationship between home and place.”

Sueños del Mar is the result of many years building in Costa Rica and of a conviction that development can offer much more when it responds to the place around it.

None of this would have been possible alone. The project is the result of a distinguished multidisciplinary team—architects, engineers, geologists, anthropologists, geographers, surveyors, landscape professionals and many others—whose knowledge and collaboration made this vision possible.

My wish is that those who live here can feel that relationship between nature, privacy and wellness every day—in the gardens, in the water, in the architecture, in the forest and in the quiet moments that exist between each experience.”
